The TRAVERSE Crystal Data Dictionary provides a point-and-click interface between the TRAVERSE database and Crystal Reports. All you need to know is the dictionary name, and if your Default Dictionary option is set, you don't even need to know that. Creating reports in Crystal requires fewer steps and less training when you use the TRAVERSE Crystal Data Dictionary. You never need to be concerned with multiple tables or linking; you will see a simple list of fields that are organized by application. The Data Dictionary program that comes with Crystal Reports Professional can be used to create additional fields and formulas, reorder fields and tables, and provide different views of the dictionary for different users.
