Network Faxing
One of the things we do at our own office is fax from our network. We can fax out invoices directly from Open Systems Accounting Software, we recieve faxes in a shared folder and have the option to print to any network printer automatically, or review them before printing. Other options include fax to email, pdf to fax, and pdf to email.
Document imaging is gaining momentum, and the document loss and waste cost is diminishing (not to mention the number of trees saved). Combined with a good backup solution, archiving documents and reports is a great way to cut down on physical storage and time wasted hunting down old files, copying or faxing them to those that need the information and re-filing.
